Victory Center's mission is to bring the lost to a saving knowledge
of the Lord Jesus Christ, by embracing the them and declaring the love
of  God and the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We will equip and
empower the saints to do the work of the ministry by preaching and
teaching the uncompromising word of God and by
demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit.  (Luke 4:18-19)
We will also rise up Christian leaders in families, in business, in the
community, and in the ministry.  Victory Center will be a progressive
church with excellence in every department, with local, regional, national,
and global influence as we are a church founded upon the word of God,
faith, and prayer.
