Women of Victory's Birthday Girls has been moved to the Scottie's Restaurant at 212 E. Highway 54 in Guymon .  The women of Victory Center will be celebrating monthly birthdays on either the first or second Monday of each month depending on schedules.  Come join us for a night of fellowship and celebration!
